Unless stated otherwise on a product page, returns fall under our General Return Policy.

 

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 14 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund minus shipping and handling charges including orders with free shipping. There is a 5% restock fee on all returned items over $100. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Exceptions may apply, see below. You can click here for our shipping policies.

 

A Return Authorization Number is required. Please call 678-499-4947 for a return authorization number. Packages sent without an RA number may be refused. Once your product arrives it may take three to ten days to process your return and to issue a refund.

 

Exceptions: Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee or shipping fee may apply. Special order and discounted products are not returnable. Cancellations of discounted items are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee. If an order has already shipped and is refused by the customer, customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any other exceptions appear on individual product pages at the bottom of the description. If you are unsure of the refund policy of a product, we encourage you to contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any product received damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer if we are notified within 7 days from date of receipt. Shipping companies will not insure or allow us to place claims after this period of time. It is the customer's responsibility to immediately check your item for damage or defect upon receiving.

 

Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to and from O3 Wellness or the manufacturer if a product is defective or fails after 30 days of receipt. O3 Wellness reserves the right to replace or refund.

Free Shipping applies only to UPS Ground or USPS in the contiguous United States (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for orders over $100. Other options and available. Limited time only.

Shipments are sent during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed in the afternoon may not be picked up until the next business day.

  I was very skeptical when I bought this product after I read all the benefits it had. I used it on my folliculitis on my legs and applied it pretty generously. in about a day I noticed the problem areas changing color and scabbing over. I think if I continue it may be gone for good. My only complaint is that the jar is so small and I wish it came in a bigger size. I also tried the hemp oil which is the consistency of honey but I think this is easier to work with I might try the jojoba oil as well. The sunflower oil is a little sticky but it lasts all day and doesn't smell bad, it has a slight scent of ozone (obviously). Anyway I'm only giving it 4/5 so you know I am not a robot.

  The PurO3 products are fabulous! I'm in my late forties and still dealing with acne. I found the Ozonated Sunflower Oil to work wonders, and it's not as sticky as the Hemp Oil. The Olive Oil is great for dry patches or any type of rash. Clears it right up! Over all PromoLife has really helped me in becoming more health conscious and the customer support is top of the line.
