Unless stated otherwise on a product page, returns fall under our General Return Policy.

 

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 14 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund minus shipping and handling charges including orders with free shipping. There is a 5% restock fee on all returned items over $100. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Exceptions may apply, see below. You can click here for our shipping policies.

 

A Return Authorization Number is required. Please call 678-499-4947 for a return authorization number. Packages sent without an RA number may be refused. Once your product arrives it may take three to ten days to process your return and to issue a refund.

 

Exceptions: Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee or shipping fee may apply. Special order and discounted products are not returnable. Cancellations of discounted items are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee. If an order has already shipped and is refused by the customer, customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any other exceptions appear on individual product pages at the bottom of the description. If you are unsure of the refund policy of a product, we encourage you to contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any product received damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer if we are notified within 7 days from date of receipt. Shipping companies will not insure or allow us to place claims after this period of time. It is the customer's responsibility to immediately check your item for damage or defect upon receiving.

 

Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to and from O3 Wellness or the manufacturer if a product is defective or fails after 30 days of receipt. O3 Wellness reserves the right to replace or refund.

Free Shipping applies only to UPS Ground or USPS in the contiguous United States (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for orders over $100. Other options and available. Limited time only.

Shipments are sent during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed in the afternoon may not be picked up until the next business day.

  Great smell, nice on the skin. Loved it. I am 1/2 way into the two 2 ounces jar, so I cant tell as far as results are, but so far so good.

  I have a chihuahua that has had a rash now for 3 years straight. The veterinarian keeps telling me there is nothing much I can do except give him a cortisone shot every month. He said it is an allergic reaction to flea bites. His rash is all around his neck, its red and itchy and he scratches so much that it just makes it worse. I put the ozonated jojoba oil on it and within a couple of days it was noticeably better. I continued to apply nightly. It drastically reduced his itching the first night. Within a few days it was almost completely gone. Now whenever I notice him scratching too much or redness I just dab a little on him. I am beginning to suspect that it was a fungus causing the rash and not fleas.

  Wonderful, a little goes a long way. I used on an odd breakout on my face and it was just wonderful. It controlled the damage, as I detoxed through my skin -- no scars are left behind, just clear soft skin.
